About Renee

Renee Bogacz is a retired teacher who spent her career teaching English language arts and technology in Illinois before settling in Missouri to be close to her daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. She finds great joy in spending time with her family and friends. Renee has maintained two long-running blogs—one focused on education and the other exploring her reflections on the world. Now turning her attention to creative writing, Renee enjoys crafting poetry and short stories, with aspirations to write a novel in the future. She also hopes to author non-fiction books that delve into personal challenges she has faced, sharing her experiences to inspire others. Beyond writing, Renee finds fulfillment in reading, baking, sewing, and staying active. She is happily married to her best friend, Jim, and is grateful to him for always being her biggest fan.
